Ramesh brings over 50 years of diverse experience across global IT firms & manufacturing enterprises. He is a recognized leader in operations management and business process outsourcing, having successfully created large scale offshore practices and processes. He is a leading example of fine-tuning processes and closely managing the commercial scale of any enterprise thereby ensuring the most effective & efficient delivery consistently.

He was the Vice president of Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP). Prior to joining VIP, Ramesh was the Managing Director of MyITgroup, Ltd (USA) and COO of MyITgroup (India) Pvt Ltd and was responsible for the day-to-day operations of MyITgroup which ensured the company the go to partner status for SAP applications across North America and parts of Europe and Asia. Prior to that Ramesh has been a veteran with over 25 years in Manufacturing Industry where he was responsible for the Materials Management operation function. He has also successfully implemented a global project for Maxtor (Seagate) involving three countries.

Aparna brings over 10 years of diverse experience in Accounting, Finance and Operations. Aparna has managed back-office support for medium to large scale companies managing the AR, AP, Payroll processes as well as conducting financial analysis and monitoring the Profit & Loss of the company.

Being in the Mergers & Acquisitions space for more than 5 years, she has an experience in handling M&A structuring, due diligence and end to end implementation of M&A transactions for large companies across various industries. In this role, Aparna has worked with PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) India in the Deals (Tax & Regulatory) team and for Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd, as a Manager in their Mergers & Acquisitions team.

Aparna is a Chartered Accountant from India and has completed her Global MBA Finance from S. P. Jain School of Global Management, (Australia-Singapore-Dubai).
